Synopsis: The Air Force Civil Engineer Center's Expeditionary Engineering Division team inspected and tested their four new 10K Telehandler forklifts. The Telehandlers are designed to assist with Rapid Airfield Damage Repair (RADR) crater repair operations. The Telehandlers have unique capabilities to carry up to 10-thousand pounds on its forks and 6-thousand pounds with the boom extended 15ft while still on its tires. Silver Flag Exercise Site, Tyndall AFB, FL, was the first to receive the Telehandlers. Initially, 335 Telehanders will be field throughout the Air Force.
