The U.S. Army Europe Band and Chorus reaches out to the Baltic states through the universal language of music. Band commander Major Dwayne Milburn’s passion for music is infectious and takes him all over the world.
The U.S. Army Europe Band and Chorus was recently in the Baltic region as part of its ‘United we stand’ tour, performing to crowds in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Their music aims to reaffirm the United States’ commitment to its Baltic allies.
Major Dwayne Milburn, commander of the U.S. Army Europe Band and Chorus, explains the role of music in modern day military forces as a universal language which speaks to people the world over.
