MG Leslie (Les) Carroll, retired after 39 years of service in a ceremony at Jackson Barracks located in New Orleans, La. Jun 10, 2017. MG (Ret.) Alan D. Bell, former U.S. army Reserve Command Deputy Commanding General and Deputy Chief of the Army Reserve for Operations, Readiness, Training and Mobilization, presided over the ceremony. MG Carroll was joined by his entire Family, which included his wife, father and his four children. Carroll relinquished command of the 377th Theater Sustainment Command during a prior ceremony. The 377th TSC, located in Belle Chasse, La. Is the Army Reserve’s largest command with more than 35,000 Soldiers in 34 states and the Army’s larges sustainment command. Carroll took command of the 377th TSC in August 2014.
