Interview with Marine Lieutenant General James Conway (former I MEF commanding general, from St. Louis, MO). He describes Fallujah as an Iraqi problem, and that Iraqi forces would lead any attack on anti-Iraqi forces there with coalition forces support. Says the Prime Minister will have to decide if diplomatic or other pressures can solve the problem. Marines can continue to contain Fallujah, so there's no immediate need for attack - but says insurgents are a cancer that could impact the rest of the region. Talks about any attack needing a follow-on force capable of handling security.
