(NAVAL BASE GUAM) -- The U.S. Coast Guard Sector Guam held a change of command ceremony on Naval Base Guam July 7, 2017. Military and civic leaders said farewell to Guam’s Coast Guard commander, Capt. James Pruett, after a robust tour. There are about 250 Coast Guardsmen serving on Guam and often partner with military units for a variety of exercises in the region. Report by Amy Forsythe, Defense Media Activity-Guam.
