This week, Ukrainian instructors from the Yavoriv Combat Training Center led troops from the Ukrainian army’s 1st Battalion, 95th Separate Airmobile Brigade through the combat first aid course, teaching the soldiers vital skills.
During the course, soldiers learned how to apply tourniquets and pressure bandages and how to use other life-saving techniques.
All of the battalion’s soldiers took part in the three-day course and were evaluated by Ukrainian instructors on July 26, meaning every soldier has the skills to save lives on the battlefield.
