170714-N-ZL062-001 CORAL SEA (July 14, 2017) Landing craft air cushions and landing craft utilities, assigned to Naval Beach Unit 7, offload Marine equipment on a beach as a part of a large-scale amphibious assault training exercise during Talisman Saber 17. The landing craft air cushions and landing craft utilites launched from USS Ashland (LSD 48) and USS Green Bay (LPD 20) that enabled movement of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) forces and equipment ashore in order for the MEU to complete mission objectives in tandem with Australia counterparts.
