U.S. Marines, Sailors and distinguished guests attend the 1st Marine Logistics Group (1st MLG) change of command ceremony in which Brig. Gen. David A. Ottignon relinquished command to Brig. Gen. Stephen D. Sklenka at Camp Pendleton, Calif., July 28, 2017. Brig. Gen. Ottignon is scheduled to report to Headquarters Marine Corps in the National Capitol Region. Brig. Gen. Sklenka recently served as the Principal Director to the Deputy Assistant Secretary Defense for South and Southeast Asia in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy.
