Soldiers from the Texas Army National Guard drive the streets of Katy, Texas rescuing residents who are stranded by the flood. The Soldiers are part of the 5,000 that are currently working in and around the Houston area as part of the response to Hurricane Harvey. 7,000 more Texas National Guard Soldiers are mobilizing and will be deployed to the affected areas as needed.
