    7 Foundational Movement – Squat
Primary Muscle Groups – Glutes, Hamstrings, Quadriceps
Secondary Muscle Groups – Shoulders, Upper Back
    Preparation:
The Marine will stand tall with their arms overhead facing the anchor point. They will hold a TRX strap in each hand so that the TRX hangs diagonally with some slack.
    Execution:
Keeping their hands overhead, the Marine will increase the tension in the TRX as they begin their descent. The movement will start from the hips as the Marine descends into a squat. Ensure they keep the chest up and feet flat on the deck. From the bottom the Marine will stand back up to the starting position.
Common Mistakes: - Letting the hands drop
    - Letting the chest drop
    - Not keeping the feet flat
