General Mobility
Preparation:
The Marine will start in the push-up position with hands under shoulders and feet hip width apart.
Execution:
The Marine will bring one straight leg up to the same side hand, or as high as they can while keeping the leg straight, and touch the heel to the deck. They will return the leg to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
Common Mistakes: - Bending the knee on leg that is moving
- Not maintaining active plank
