ORLANDO, Florida – U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers distribute cases of bottled water to residents of Merritt Island, Florida, Sep. 14, 2017, in the aftermath of of Hurricane Irma, Sep. 13, 2017. The Army Reserve Soldiers from the 143rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) and the 329th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Company received a mission assignment to provide support to Merritt Island, which is still without a clean, safe water supply. U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers are agile and mission-capable, regularly training to safely operate the LMTVs on rigorous terrain and under hazardous conditions to provide support to state and local authorities.
