Members of a U.S. Agency for International Development elite disaster team board a Travis Air Force Base C-17 Globemaster III, flying to Mexico City International Airport, Mexico on Sept. 20, 2017. At the request of the Mexican government, the team was headed from March Air Reserve Base, Calif., to Mexico to support search and rescue efforts after a 7.1 magnitude earthquake struck the country September 19, 2017.
