Mississippi National Guardsmen of the 298th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion conduct operations in the U.S. Virgin Islands during hurricane relief efforts Oct. 4, 2017. The unit was tasked to set up a re-transmission site to establish communications throughout the island for medical evacuations. The Log Task Force is part of Task Force Crazy Train, created by the MSNG to provide humanitarian relief efforts after Hurricanes Irma and Maria damaged the islands.
