    Preparation:
    The Marine will start standing tall with hands behind their head.
    Execution:
    The Marine will take a step forward and lift the non-stepping leg out to the side with the knee at hip height. They will rotate the lifter leg so the knee is in front of the hip and slightly above hip height. The Marine will return the lifted leg to the deck, step forward with that leg, and repeat the movement on the opposite side.
    Common Mistakes: - Dipping left or right at the elbows
    when the knee comes up.
