B-roll interview with Cadet Rafael Rivera as he returns to school after conducting missions with his National Guard unit, the 480th Military Police Company based at Ft. Buchanan. Cadet Rivera is a member of the ROTC program at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras. After hurricane Maria Cadet Rivera's MP unit performed rescue missions during the flooding, distributed food and water and provided security for convoys and food distribution points. He explains that he's very glad to be a student again, and that his ROTC training helped him lead his squad during the disaster.
