U.S. Marines assault an enemy defense Nov. 2, 2017, on Kin Blue, Okinawa, Japan, during Blue Chromite 18. The Marines conducted an amphibious assault where they utilized fire and maneuver skills to simulate an assault on the enemy. Blue Chromite 18 allows the Navy-Marine Corps team to conduct high-level training without degrading its ability to rapidly respond to crises and disaster throughout the Indo-Asia- Pacific region.
