A Public Service Announcement that explains the importance of personal effects during a FSMAO analysis. Personal effects is a command responsibility that ranges from the S-1 through the Company Gunnery Sergeant in which all unit commands are charged with the responsibility of collecting, inventorying, safekeeping, and ensuring the appropriate disposition of personal effects for all service members who cannot or do not care for their own property.
