U.S. Marines with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) concluded Combined Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) with an amphibious assault at Camp Lejeune, N.C, Dec. 8, 2017. Combined COMPTUEX allowed all elements of the Marine Air Ground Task Force to train in realistic scenarios so the MEU as a whole can meet its Pre-Deployment Training Program objectives prior to an upcoming deployment at sea.
