Led by Soldiers from the 95th Engineer Company (Clearance), members 84th Engineer Battalion, 130th Engineer Brigade and the 8th Theater Sustainment Command joined together to collect hundreds of toys for the local community as part of a holiday themed ruck march. Soldiers and their families rucked their donations across Schofield Barracks to Santa at his Buffalo mine-protected vehicle for safe transport! The event was a heartwarming kick off for the holiday season and will help needy families across Oahu. Toys were donated to the Institute for Human Services in Honolulu.
With a mission specializing in route clearance, the 95th Engineer Company ensures roads are free of mines and other explosive hazards allowing forces to safely maneuver and provide support. (U.S. Army Video by Capt. John. D. Howard Jr. and Pfc. Geordan J .Tyquiengco, 8th TSC Public Affairs)
