U.S. Airmen from the 167th Aeromedical Evacuation Wing, West Virginia Air National Guard, practiced an aeromedical evacuation scenario with air force members from nine African partner nations as part of the African Partnership Flight in Dakar, Senegal, 22 March 2018. The APF program is U.S. Air Forces in Africa’s premier security cooperation program with African partner nations to improve professional military aviation knowledge and skills.
