Maj. Gen. Bradly Spacy, Commander, Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center, presided over the promotion ceremony for Edwin H. Oshiba the new director of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center. Oshiba, now a Tier II in the Senior Executive Service equivalent to a two-star general officer, took his oath of office for his promotion on March 27, 2018.
