Petty Officer 2nd Class David Holland, a maritime enforcement specialist at the Coast Guard Pacific Tactical Law Enforcement Team, San Diego, was selected as the Coast Guard’s Enlisted Person of the Year for 2017. Holland distinguished himself during numerous global deployments while also contributing to those in need throughout southern California.
