The Innovation Challenge calls for Marines to make the Corps better with their ideas. Marines can submit ideas for the, 3rd quarter fiscal year 18, challenge at www.marines.mil/innovate. The purpose of the Innovation Challenge is to solicit innovative ideas from Marines, sailors, and government civilians from across the Marine Corps. Challenge winners will have the opportunity to partner with Headquarters Marine Corps offices in order to make their ideas a reality. The target audience for this video is Marines, sailors, and government civilians who would like to submit their ideas for how to improve the Marine Corps. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Lance Cpl.
