When the Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado, realized it needed to expand in order to continue serving as the final resting place for those who have honorably served this country... The Veterans Administration turned to the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District to build the additional plots. USACE's Mike Glasch shows us what it took to bring those plans to fruition.
The new Pikes Peak National Cemetery being built in Colorado Springs should also help alleviate some of the future demands on Fort Logan.
