A Coast Guard aircrew medevacs an ailing man from a cruise ship about 51 miles east of Ocean City, New Jersey, April 27, 2018. An MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew launched from Air Station Atlantic City, New Jersey, hoisted the 71-year-old man and brought him to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City.
