U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 736th Security Forces Squadron, Commando Warrior, Andersen AFB, Guam participated in a 5-day subject matter expert exchange with Philippine Air Force’s 604th Security Forces Squadron from May 7-11, 2018. They took part in hand-to-hand combat drills, and weapons operations and functions at Clark Air Base, Philippines as part of Exercise Balikatan 2018. Balikatan 34-2018, in its 34th iteration, is an annual U.S.-Philippine military training exercise focused on a variety of missions, including humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, counterterrorism and other combined military operations held from May 7 to 18.
