A Coast Guard 45-foot Response-Boat Medium Crew rescues two mariners from the 44-foot sailing vessel Orion grounded and sinking on Molokini Crater May 16, 2018. The mariners were reportedly on a voyage from California to Hawaii and will now work with commercial salvors, federal and state authorities to assess removal options.
