United Nations Command and United States Forces Korea officially relocated their command headquarters to USAG Humphreys, Pyeongtaek, Republic of Korea. Mr. David Vessey, son of GEN (Ret.) John W. Vessey, Jr., gives his remarks about the naming of the new Headquarters building after his father. GEN Vessey was a former USFK Commander as well as the first Commander of Combined Forces Command.
