    145th Airlift Wing, North Carolina Air National Guard

    Members of the 156th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron (AES) conducted their first Mission Readiness Airlift aboard a C-17 Globemaster III Aircraft, while at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, July 9, 2018. This is the first C-17 Mission Readiness Airlift for the North Carolina Air National Guard with the C-17 and it is transporting equipment and personnel from the 156th AES to the Wisconsin Air National Guard Base at Volk Field for a training exercise.
