The Jenkins County Primary and Elementary Schools in Millen, Ga. was utilized as a free clinic during the East Central Georgia Innovative Readiness Training, held July 11-18, 2018. IRT Program Manager, Maj. Michael McDonald from AFRC, Robins Air Force Base, Ga. comments on the importance of the mission for service members and local communities. Master Sgt. Matthew Stickley from the 167th Airlift Wing in Martinsburg, West Virginia makes a heartfelt statement about helping the local community. Tommy Mosley a resident of Sylvania, Ga. thanks service members for their role in the giving free health care.
An IRT includes opportunities for Active, Guard and Reserve service members to integrate as a joint healthcare team primarily to train but to also benefit American communities.
