So what does a Polish paratrooper carry in their kit to ensure they’re prepared for anything as soon as they touch the ground? Footage includes Corporal Tomasz Szęciński of the Polish 6th Airborne Brigade showing what he carries in his backpack. The contents are specifically selected to enable him to survive behind enemy lines without support. Filmed at Drawsko Pomorskie Training Area, Poland, during Exercise Swift Response 18, designed to test the ability of the coalition forces to respond quickly and effectively to potential crisis situations on the European continent.
