Reserve Marine units will have more control and flexibility in travel planning with the launch of the Defense Travel System for Reservists beginning this summer. The Defense Travel System is the only online travel system authorized for use by Department of Defense members for official travel. MARADMIN 651/17 issued guidance from the Deputy Commandant, Manpower & Reserve Affairs regarding implementation of DTS for Reserve Component travel.
