Contractors for the Corps of Engineers have started to use powerful hydraulic shears to reduce decayed hardwoods as part of the ongoing debris mission, Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, September 25, 2018.
Hydraulic shears are needed to reduce the large root balls that chainsaws are unable to cut through.
We continue to leverage all of our resources as we continue to maximize final recovery efforts for the people of Puerto Rico, and are committed to FINISH STRONG.
