Following Hurricane Maria, FEMA tasked the Corps of Engineers to provide technical assistance to PREPA to prevent collapse of the damaged spillway. Work continues on Stage 2 of the repair efforts, including stabilization of the spillway, placement of large stones and grout, and the re-connection of damaged water supply lines, Isabela, Puerto Rico, September 27, 2018.
