The Okinawa Defense Association, Seinen Division and the U.S. Consulate General Naha run a three-day seminar for Okinawan college students to interact with Airmen, Soldiers, Sailors and Marines throughout the various U.S. military installations located on Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 11-13, 2018.
