U.S. Army Reserve Command Sergeant Major Ted Copeland informs soldiers of the approaching deadline to apply for the Blended Retirement System (BRS). Anyone not opted in by the deadline will by automatically locked into the legacy retirement system. December 31st, 2018 is the deadline.
