USACE Critical Public Facilities and Infrastructure Assessment teams, on mission assignment through FEMA, met with hospital staff and conducted critical assessments of the Bay Medical Center, Panama City, Fla., Oct. 21, 2018. The goal is to determine what assistance is immediately needed, such as temporary facilities or critical repairs, so the hospital team can continue providing much needed medical care to the people of Panama City, Florida.
