Sgt. Jarrod McGaffic with the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit's Service Rifle Team says Merry Christmas to his battle buddy's (Sgt. 1st Class Shane Barnhart) hometown of Ashley, Ohio.
McGaffic has been a Soldier since 2009. His service includes a deployment to Qatar in 2012 where he served with the 323rd Military Police Company.
In 2016, the West Milton, Ohio native transferred to the USAMU as gunsmith in the Custom Firearms Shop. This year, he moved over to the Service Rifle Team.
