#USACE Black Rock Lock employees, the Buffalo District Dive Team and Pittsburgh District's Regional Rivers Repair Fleet (R3F) continue work on the Black Rock Lock gate repairs, including the excavation of concrete to access the anchorage needing repair. The repairs will improve the Black Rock Lock infrastructure and sustain the functionality for future navigation seasons. #BUILDINGSTRONG #MovingDirt
