    CBS News package on Fallujah, describing initial bypassing of the city early in the war, the unsuccessful attempt by the Iraqi "Fallujah Brigade" to take control, and the way extreme radicals rule the city. Soundites from Marine Lieutenant General John Sattler, Commanding General of the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force, who says earlier negotiations for peace were wise but "are not on the table right now" and that coalition forces are "ready for the fight when it comes." General Sattler says Fallujah "will have to come around" and that "we must reinstate the rule of law." The package recounts violence against American forces outside the city and the coalition response. General Sattler discusses the use of precision-guided weapons and efforts to minimize collaterale damage. The reporter, Barry Peterson, concludes that Fallujah must be taken soon to reunify the country and stop the terrorists.
