Sgt. 1st Class Damien Larose rescued a woman from a house fire in Vermont on December 28, 2018. Sgt. 1st Class Larose was driving by the house when he noticed black smoke, so he called 911. When he parked near the house he saw an unconscious woman still inside so he pulled her to safety.
