Maj. Michael Zabrzeski, Sfc. Mike Wetzel and Spc. Bryce Dubee give classes in U.S. Army Public Affairs to Kyrgyz officers and civilians who do public affairs work for six military and government agencies. This was the first military public affairs exchange done in Kyrgyzstan, intended to help the Kyrgyz military participate in future peacekeeping operations and better show its capabilities and contributions to national and international audiences.
