Montana National Guard Soldiers give classes to Kyrgyz noncommissioned officer instructors as the military in Kyrgyzstan works to develop its NCO corps. Scenes include classroom instruction, training posters on the walls, a weight room in the training building that uses gears and landmines as weights, area outside building where some Kyrgyz troops run around a track as a discipline measure, a second classroom session.
