Young up and coming leaders in the Army are the future of our force. While they may be young, their tenacity and willingness to lead is as old as the Army's legacy itself. U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Michael DeSimone assigned to the 91st Engineer Battalion, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division is an example of the up and coming new leaders in the U.S. Army.
