Filipino and U.S. forces began training together in a Subject Matter Expert Exchange program during Exercise Salaknib 2019 this week. Salaknib 19 is a bilateral training exercise that strengthens cooperation in humanitarian and civic assistance activities and enables our service members to get to know each other and provide support to local communities.(U.S. Army video by Spc.
