Responders compare assets and the Coast Guard provides tours of an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter, The USCGC Joseph Gerczack (WPC 1126) and the Coast Guard station on Kauai ahead of a mass rescue exercise April 25, 2019. Exercises like this are conducted to evaluate notification and response procedures between first responders and to identify shortfalls in communication and coordination of response during search and rescue (SAR) incidents.
