For many Soldiers, time on the range is pretty common and doesn't require much logistics. For Soldiers living on American Samoa however, scheduling range time involved an almost six hour flight plus additional transportation just to qualify on their weapons. Now these Reserve Soldiers have a new state of the art facility right at home.
