Hospital Corpsman at Branch Health Clinic Sasebo put together a "Room of Horrors" in which they intentionally setup patient safety errors that other Corpsman were supposed to look for and point out in an effort to test and refresh the staff's ability to recognize situations that would be hazardous for patients.
