Capt. David Ramassini was relieved as commander, U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Kimball (WMSL 756), by Capt. Holly Harrison on Base Honolulu, May 25, 2019. Vice Adm. Linda Fagan commander, U.S. Coast Guard Pacific Area, presided over the change of command ceremony. Ramassini will continue his career as the Coast Guard liaison to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon.
